Jo Young, Ticketmaster (UK)
Jo is senior director, international brand and marketing communications at Ticketmaster. She has been at Ticketmaster for four years, leading the international marketing initiatives that touch brand, content, CRM, design and campaign work across 28 markets. Her team creates both B2C and B2B marketing assets, and works closely with the Product and Artist Services teams to ensure delivery of the best experiences for fans and clients.
Jo was awarded ‘Tomorrow’s New Boss’ at ILMC 2016 whilst she was head of campaigns at Live Nation UK, where she led multi-platform marketing initiatives across Live Nation’s portfolio of artists, tours and festivals.
Before her move into the LN family, she was a media planning director at media agency ZenithOptimedia, running campaigns and brand partnerships across numerous categories from fashion, automotive and entertainment.
