David Zedeck, United Talent Agency (US)

David Zedeck is the global head of music at leading talent and entertainment company, United Talent Agency (UTA).

In 2017, Zedeck joined UTA and was named a partner and special advisor to the Board of Directors. A prominent music industry executive with a track-record of developing the careers of countless major artists, Zedeck oversees the company’s rapidly expanding worldwide music business and a team of over 100 employees.

Since joining UTA, he has led the music department in the signings of artists like Pitbull, Bush, Spice Girls, Die Antwoord, Why Don’t We, among others.

In April 2018, Zedeck played an integral role in UTA’s aggressive move into the electronic music space with the acquisition of Circle Talent Agency, the world’s premier independent dance music agency. 

Previously, he served as Live Nation Entertainment's executive vice president and president of global talent and artist development since 2012. At Live Nation, he was responsible for overseeing the company's global touring initiatives, focusing on acquiring talent on behalf of their global business units and working with the company's officers on global development.

Prior to Live Nation, Zedeck worked at CAA where he represented artists including Justin Timberlake, Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber, One Direction, Selena Gomez, Jonas Brothers, Il Divo, among others.

Early on in his career, Zedeck also represented powerhouse artists such as Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Hilary Duff, Chaka Khan, “P. Diddy” Combs, and NSync.
