Pino Sagliocco, Live Nation Spain
Pino Sagliocco established himself in Spain in 1980 and since then he has had an extensive career in the entertainment industry where he has always focused on cultural promotion and on large-scale events, concerts and shows.
Among the numerous projects carried out throughout his career are the executive production of the Festival La Nit in 1988. An event commissioned by the Barcelona 92 Olympic Organising Committee, celebrating the arrival of the Olympic flag to Barcelona. The high point of the event was the official presentation of the song Barcelona interpreted by the memorable duet of Montserrat Caballé and Freddy Mercury. It was Pino's idea to fuse the two styles and use the two artists. The show was broadcast in 23 countries and was awarded the gold medal at the 32nd edition of the New York International Film & TV Festival.
In the field of television, one of Pino's first productions was the international annual pop music Festival called Ibiza '92, which he organised between 1987 and 1990, in Ibiza’s famous Ku nightclub. The event was broadcast live internationally to an audience of more than 500 million.
In March 2002 and after 22 years of professional rivalry, Pino Sagliocco associated with the Group Gamerco under the firm Troubleshooter, INC. Since then, Troubleshooter has brought artists such as Luis Miguel, Alicia Keys, Elton John, Lenny Kravitz, Iron Maiden, Paul McCartney, Björk, and Beyoncé to Spain.
Throughout his career Pino has also brought artists such as Queen, Rod Stewart, Sade, Frank Zappa, The Rolling Stones, Madonna, David Bowie, Guns N' Roses, Jean Michel Jarre, Frank Sinatra, Elton John, Prince, Michael Jackson, Depeche Mode, Gloria Estefan, Luis Miguel and Ricky Martin among others.
In 2006, Troubleshooter, INC. joined forces with Live Nation Entertainment.
