Caroline Simionescu-Marin (Caroline SM) is an agent in WME’s UK music division.
Caroline, who was most recently A&R manager for XL Recordings, began her music career as editor of the UK's biggest urban music site and channel, GRM Daily, in 2013 at the age of 18. She created and developed the 'New Gen' brand during this time, as well as playing her part in the early management of J Hus. At XL she brought her critically acclaimed multi-artist rap album New Gen to life and swiftly signed legendary underground British rapper Nines, releasing his debut and sophomore albums, which both charted in the top five, selling over 100,000 albums.
