ILMC 32 will take place at Royal Garden Hotel in West London, amid the shops and eateries of fashionable Kensington. All rooms at the hotel are reserved exclusively for delegates, with special discounted rates available and rooms available to suit a variety of budgets. Additionally, ILMC is expanding to a new site in 2020, The Baglioni Hotel, which will give delegates additional accommodation options at preferable rates.
With ILMC stretching out until the early hours each night, our hotel rooms typically sell out in advance, so once you have registered for the conference, be sure to book your accommodation through our official travel agent, The Tour Company.
Important: In order to maintain exclusivity at the Royal Garden Hotel and prevent unsold rooms on the Thursday night of the conference, priority will be given to those booking both Wednesday and Thursday nights. Delegates booking one night only (Tuesday or Wednesday) will not receive confirmation until Wednesday 26 February 2020, subject to availability. Please note that if you book accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday and then cancel one night, you will incur a charge for the cancelled night unless the room can be resold.
